Irving Rameses Rhames, dit Ving Rhames, né le 12 mai 1959 à Harlem (quartier de New York), est un acteur américano-barbudien.
Il est notamment connu pour son rôle du mafieux Marsellus Wallace dans le film Pulp Fiction (1994) de Quentin Tarantino. Depuis 1996, il tient le rôle récurrent de Luther Stickell, personnage dans la série de films d'espionnage Mission impossible.
